This blog started out as a guide for gluten-free restaurants, recipes and product reviews. But I have since formed a community website where all this information can be found (Stuffed Pepper ™). So now the blog is transition to something a little different. I’m not sure yet the direction it will take. Maybe I will write about what it takes to manage a community, or what’s going on in the gluten-free community at large. Or I may still post a favorite recipe, or restaurant review.
